Group of Men Jumped On Suspected Would-be Hit-and-run Driver On W. Historic Mitchell Street After Striking A Motorcycle And Firing Multiple Shots

One men was taken to a local hospital after a group of men jumped on him when he attempted to flee the scene shortly after striking a motorcycle and firing several gunshots.

Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, a male driver struck a motorcycle and attempted to flee the scene, but a group of men who were at a hairstyling shop at the,1200 block of West Forest Home Ave. and W. Historic Mitchell Street came out and they prevented the man from leaving. The driver of the vehicle that struck the sports bike took out a handgun and fired several shots around 8:05 p.m.but the men were not deterred, took him out of the vehicle, then  jumped on him and beat him up, according to some pedestrians who were at the scene.
Two bullet spent cartridges remained marked in the sidewalk just outside from the shop.
