Ohio Biker Brawl Ends With Two Dead And Three Injured At Shorty's Place Parking Lot

Police have a known suspect in connection with two homicides and three people injured during a biker brawl between two rival motorcycle clubs was also injured.

Warren Township, Ohio - Police have a known suspect in connection with the homicide of two people at Shorty's Place parking lot and three others that were reported injured during a biker brawl between the FTW (Forever Two Wheelz) and Brother's Regime Motorcycle Clubs. One group was planning a Poker run for Father's Day on Saturday at noon while at the bar, members of a rival motorcycle club stopped at Shorty's Place at the 2800 block of Highland Ave. when an altercation between the biker groups ignited in the parking lot ending with two deaths. The deceased victims were identified as Robert A. Marto, 54, a.k.a. "Chopper Bob" the president of the Brother's Regime from Cortland and Jason C. Moore, 41, a.k.a. "Foot" a club member from Bristoville. Two other members, Andrew G. Claypool, 50, and Walter M. Hughes, 41, were injured. Another biker injured was identified as David H. Bailes Jr., 45, of Leavittsburg and the president of the FTW M.C.
Bailes is suspected of fatally shooting both Marto and Moore. Charges for double homicide were filed against Bailes. Several weapons were confiscated at the crime scene.
The homicide investigation is ongoing. The Ohio State Patrol and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Warren City Police are working with the Warren Township Police to determine the actual motive for the deadly altercation.
