Milwaukee, WI - Stephon M. Mosley, 27, is being held without bond after pleading guilty in November 30 for 1st-degree sexual assault of a 10--year-old school girl and is scheduled to be sentenced on January 7, 2016. Mosley is facing up to 60 years in prison.
The criminal complaint accused Mosley of forcing himself and having sexual contact with a school girl under the age of 16. Mosley confessed to grabbing the girl while she walked to the St. Martin Lutheran School near S. 15th Place and W. Orchard St. in December 16, 2014. He pulled the girl alongside the rear of a home and proceeded to assault her.
A neighbor heard the girl's scream and came to the rescue. Mosley had his pants down when the neighbor arrived at the scene. But he pulled his pants up and fled North to W. Greenfield Ave.
The girl told police that Mosley had threaten to kill her, had touched and violated her private parts and forced her to perform a sex act.
