David M. Brocksom Taken Into Custody In Connection With Wife's Homicide In Gurnee

43-year-old homicide suspect from Kenosha was taken into custody near the police station.

Village of Gurnee, IL - On Sunday, David M. Brocksom, 43, with Wisconsin ties was taken into custody around 7:45 p.m. after a traffic stop by a police officer as he approached the police station parking lot after a day long dragnet to locate him after his wife, Beata Brocksom was found dead around 9:30 a.m. at her Gurnee residence, 3700 block of Pacific Ave. The couple were going through a divorce process. They have two children.
Police discovered the victim's body at the home after a call for a domestic violence dispute was reported. The victim had been fatally shot.
Brocksom was seen at the location, according to police. Brocksom is facing a charges for murder. The homicide case investigation is ongoing.
