Milwaukee - Last Friday, both Rebecca M. Chandler, 22, and Raven Larabee, 20, aka, "Scarlett" accused of inflicting more than 300 stab, larcerations and slashed wounds were released from the Milwaukee County Jail. They were being held on more than $100,000 bail each.
Both women got into a sexual encounter at the 900 block of E. Knapp St. with Ruben Vati, 18, of Phoenix, Arizona and while his hands were bound with duct tape in bed. During the sex acts, Chandler and Larabee took turns in slashing, puncturing and inflicting wounds that bled in Vati's body. Vati suffered more than 300 wounds to his body, the Froedtert Hospital medical staff reported, according to a police affidavit search warrant.
Vati had been reluctant to press charges. The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office hasn't confirmed, if the state will take over the case and prosecute.
